Citizen and Bowyer William Mills

At a happy ceremony in the Chamberlain's Court Room in Guildhall on Tuesday 11 April, Bowyer Freeman William Mills was sworn in as a Freeman of the City of London by the ever-charming Clerk of the Chamberlain's Court, Murray Craig. Those supporting William were his wife Debs and the Bowyers' Company Master, Tony Kench, together with William's proposers into the Bowyers, Immediate Past Master John Hayton and Court Assistant David Laxton. David and William are both in the insurance ratings profession.
